Kuznetskie Ferroalloys conducts special meeting Dec end

It is reported that the special meeting at Kuznetskie Ferroalloys will be held December 26.

The holders will consider the interest-bearing deal with Sberbank.

Kuznetskie Ferroalloys is a producer of ferrosilicon and silica fume.
